Quarter Four

The activity that I am going to tell you all about the Spring Concert that we had. It was our best concert because we had practiced more and all of the songs that we played were good. The same as the first concert, we presented our pieces to our parents. We had a variety of pieces including Mars which was our opening piece, Ancient Voices which is kind of like our different piece and Raider's March which is actually the theme to the Indiana Jones movies. But we also played Prelude and Energico which is my favorite piece.

The purpose of this activity was so that our families could see how our part that we practiced at home fit in with the whole song. This was also so that we could practice our music and learn to present it. It was also to see if we had improved from our last concert which we probably did because least quarter, we couldn't play one of our songs.

I learned that you should always try and practice because in a few of our songs, I couldn't do some of the parts but then I practiced amd Mrs. Butler showed us what to do. I also learned that overall, I have improved as a flute player because I had problems at the beginning but now I don't have the same problems.

This doesn't really relate to my goals because they are to improve my reading comprehension skills and to say at least one thing in every calss everyday.
