Hola or hello. I am going to tell you about a spanish project we had about a famous Sapnish artista or singer. We had learned about the verbo tener and verbo ir which are used to tell about what some people are going to do and where they are going. It was basically about writing the highlights and important information about their life. I decided to do Pablo Picasso who is a famous artista from Spain. After we wrote out our paragraph and cheacked it Senora Richani wanted us to put it together like a magazine cover.
The purpose of this activity was for us to practice the new lesson that we had just learned and practice writing in Espanol. Since this is Spanish class, the profesora wanted us to learn about estrellas which are famous Spanish people. Also this activity was for us to learn how to use the dicitionarios more because Senora Richani doesn't want us to use a translator.
I learned how to put a paragraph in Spanish better and I also learned how to say some words in Spanish like pinto is paint. I also learned more about the actual person I was researching, Pablo Picasso. I never knew that there was a Picasso who was Spanish; I always thought there was only Picasso from Italy. Ialso learned about verbo ir because we had already learned about verbo tener because it is also the verb to have. I never realised there were so many verbs in Spanish.
I could have gotten mre information and used the verbs that I had learned more because I only used it a couple of times. I should have also designed it better and gotten a clearer picture for the background. I should have also written better information so that it would seem more like his life. I'm glad I didn't leave it to the last minute though because some poeple who did, didn't have time and wrote their paragraphs in translators.
This doesn't relate to my goal because my goal is to say one thing in every class. But if I did the presentation it would relate to my goal. This doesn't relate to my other goal though which is to practice my reading comprehension so it doesn't.
