Quarter Four

The activity was to make a magazine that could be enjoyed by grades one to eight in the summer. It had to include three activities for grades one to four and three activities for grades five to eight. We had to make it fun and exciting for people to look at during the summer. But the magazine could only include your own work. We could include recipes, coloring, games which we would make on the internet, and much much more. The final magazine had to be front and back sided. If we needed to make our pages small, then we would have to do that. At the end of the whole project, we sold them at our last bazaar. It was out of eighty and I got eighty.

The purpose of this activity was to help you get some experience on how to make a magazine. Since it had to only be our own work, it got us thinking on how we would make this magazine appealing to other people without using the internet.

I learned how to make a magazine and how you would organize it so that people understand it. I also learned what appealed to people because only one magazine sold at the bazaar

I should have changed it so that it would be fun for people in grade 8 because my magazine now, seems to be for younger kids. I should have also made it much more colorful.

This relates to my goal which is to get grades over a B+ which I did because this improved my grade. It also relates to my other goal because we had to sell them and my goal was to say one thing each day and I had to speak to sell them.
