Quater Two


The activity was to complete the cross country track which was 1.5 miles long in the Dhahran Aramco school. We would practice in school and then we would goto Aramco where we would go against 10 other runners so there was a total of 15 runners. I got 4th place and we won 2nd place team.

The purpose of this activity was to learn more about running and pacing yourself. It was also to help you see if you could improve your running.
I should have paced myself so that I wouldn't have had to stop so much.
